*2 Person Teams will complete the entire race together using the same canoe and running together.
*Canoes/kayaks will be provided at no additional cost. You may also bring your own. Please read the guidelines below.

Guidelines- Please read if you are bringing your own canoe/kayak!
Life jackets are REQUIRED. They will be provided if you do not have one.
If you are bringing your own canoe/kayak:
-Individual competitors are only allowed to use a kayak. Canoes will NOT be permitted in this division.
-2 Person team competitors are only allowed to use a canoe. Kayaks (including 2 person kayaks) will NOT be permitted.
-If you register race-day you MUST bring your own kayak/canoe.
Awards
Individual- the overall 1-2-3 m/f winners will receive an overall award. The winner of each age group will receive an age group winner award. Age groups- 9-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
2 Person Teams- the overall 1-2-3 in each (male, female, coed) will receive an overall award.
USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event
This event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon.
If you are NOT a USAT member you must pay a $12 one-day license for the event. You will be able to do this on the online event registration. If you are a USAT member but your membership has expired; you are able to renew it in the online registration for this event. Non-members also have the option of purchasing a new USAT membership instead buying a one-day license.

The Signature Inn of Muncie is the host hotel. Call them at 765-284-4200 to make reservations. Make sure that you tell them you are racing with Muncie Multi-Sport to get the discounted room rate.
