Run- Updated

Due to the presence of deer flies on the trails the run course has been changed.  The updated course map is below.

The run will be on roads within the park.  Athletes will have little traffic to contend with.  The course will have aid stations at every mile stocked with water, Gatorade and plenty of volunteers!

The Duathlon will use the same run course for the 1st and 2nd run.
